Off duty
Sharon is a mother, married to Ron, a food lover, musician, dancer and nature woman. She loves places where old traditions, hidden stories and wild landscapes still feel alive. When she is not creating, teaching or writing, you will find her cooking something nourishing, making music, dancing in the kitchen, learning bushcraft or following her curiosity into another rabbit hole. Preferably one with trees, fire, good food and a story nobody has told yet.

I started 18 years ago with small in-company trainings. Since then, I have spent countless hours studying, training and working with experts, coaches and teachers in transformation, plant medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and human behavior.
As a pioneer in translating the intelligence of plants into practical wisdom for energy, leadership and transformation, I help people understand what happens beneath the surface when they grow, create and lead. My passion is to activate people from the inside out. Today, I bring that experience to bigger stages, organizations and audiences ready for transformation that goes beyond motivation.
Academy
I founded InFlow Academy to empower women to build the inner system required to carry the life they are creating. At the Academy, I teach women how to activate their energy, transform old patterns and use their body as a strategic instrument for creation, vitality and growth.
The Academy offers an effective method to help students move from survival to inner authority, so they can build with clarity, independence and power instead of overwhelm.
